The BioFoundry is a federally funded startup program designed to support researchers commercializing technology in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a specialized focus on cell and gene therapeutics and associated industries such as protein, MABs, and vaccine developers.

We scout national and international universities, startups, and researchers to find the most promising, innovative, and interesting therapeutics startups who are preparing to fundraise for a Series A.

Your partnership gains you early access to investment-ready companies. Get to know these entrepreneur-scientists, help them succeed, and get an inside look at the newest breakthroughs coming out of university and pharmaceutical research.

This program is free for founders and we do not take any equity thanks to the support of the U.S. EDA Regional Innovation Strategies (RIS) Program and our partners.
